FF Inc in Orlando, FL is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support both in-person and digital marketing initiatives. In this customer-facing role, you’ll help bridge our brand with audiences by coordinating live activations and community events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or events is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for brand engagement, storytelling and customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, community events, and pop-up activations.
• Represent the brand at live events - engaging with customers, answering questions, and sharing product or service information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align event and marketing goals with overall brand strategy.
• Assist with social media content creation, local promotions, and campaign tracking.
• Manage event and marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.
• Collect and organize customer feedback and event insights to help improve future marketing efforts.
• Contribute creative ideas for new activations and engagement strategies.
