Qualifications

• Previous experience as Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in high-volume food service or entertainment venues.
• Hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for food quality, service standards, and team development.
• Knowledge of food safety, labor management, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, creating a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and food safety.
• Manage kitchen scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs.
• Work closely with the General Manager and front-of-house team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Support menu execution, kitchen procedures, and operational improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment.
• Lead by example with a hands‑on approach during busy service periods.
