Qualifications

• Experience as Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume food service.
• Hands-on leader with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about food quality and team development.
• Comfortable in a busy environment and on the floor.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, labor management and cost control.
• Dine-in cinema or entertainment experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, creating a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and food safety.
• Manage kitchen scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs.
• Work closely with the General Manager and front-of-house to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Support menu execution, kitchen procedures and operational improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen environment.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach during busy service periods.
