Job summary

Sherpa | Recruiting, Staffing & Consulting is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier II support for a wide range of workplace technologies in the Charlotte area. The role is onsite five days a week, supporting desktops, laptops, printers, conference room tech, VoIP/Teams, and collaboration tools for both onsite and remote users.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of technical support experience with strong Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, and device

Qualifications

3–5 years of technical support or technical customer service experience.
Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry certifications preferred.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, AD, Entra ID, MFA and device management.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier II technical support to end users across hardware, software and connectivity.
Troubleshoot issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, conference room tech and VoIP/Teams systems.
Support onsite and remote users and contribute to IT documentation and lifecycle management.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
