Job summary

Public Strategies Inc seeks a Manager - IT to lead the organization’s IT function, ensuring security, availability, and performance of networks, systems, and AV tech. You will oversee cybersecurity programs, incident response, disaster recovery, and policy enforcement.

You will supervise IT staff, manage budgets and vendors, and coordinate security training and awareness initiatives across the company to protect sensitive data and support business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 5 years IT administration experience including network/systems administration required.
• 3 years cybersecurity operations experience required.
• Demonstrated incident response and post-incident review experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise IT staff and support professional development.
• Direct cybersecurity program per NIST framework and security controls.
• Monitor networks and cloud environments for threats; investigate alerts.
• Develop and test incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Oversee IT and AV systems deployment, maintenance, and upgrades; manage vendor relationships.
• Administer cloud productivity and identity platforms (MS 365, AD/Entra ID, Azure).
• Develop, enforce IT and information security policies and procedures.
• Plan IT projects with milestones and progress reporting.
