Job summary

ACO, Inc. in North Olmsted, OH is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and continually improve information systems for the US organization.

You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring enterprise applications support business processes, compliance, and strategic objectives. This 100% on-site role directs day-to-day IT operations, budgeting, and vendor coordination, while promoting IT standards and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science; Master’s preferred.
• At least five years of related experience in administration of information systems and technology.
• Experience coordinating IT teams and projects with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper functioning of corporate information processing systems and business applications. Helps business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency.
• Keeps computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet organizational needs and Group IT policies.
• Plan, develop, and implement standard or custom business management applications along with standard operating procedures.
• Establish and maintain application governance processes, standards and best practices.
• Direct and control day-to-day IT functions, including budgeting and network maintenance.
• Schedule audits for capacity optimization and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead IT projects with budgeting, tracking and implementation.
• Promote Global and Subgroup IT standards and policies and support IT projects.
• Set KPIs to measure performance across stakeholder groups.
