Job summary

Summit Pacific Medical Center seeks a skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to own reliability, administration, maintenance, and recovery of core server, identity, virtualization, storage, and cloud infrastructure. You will back up clinical technology systems and collaborate with the Clinical Systems Specialist to reduce single-person dependencies.

Responsibilities include AD/Entra ID, M365, device management, patch cycles, and incident response.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in IT or related field.
At least three years of systems administration experience, healthcare preferred.
Experience with Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 required.

Responsibilities

Administer virtual server environment, hosts, VMs, storage, and Windows servers.
Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 groups, GPOs, and privileged access.
Monitor health, apply updates, patching, and ensure service availability.
Provide backup and disaster recovery coverage for critical systems.
Support endpoint engineering, device enrollment, Intune, Defender policies, and imaging.
Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and change control.
Maintain CMDB documentation and assist with security, privacy, and audits.
