Job summary

AppleOne in San Francisco is seeking a motivated IT Deployment Assistant to support workstation setups and hardware deployment projects. You will open and unbox new computer hardware, set up computers, monitors, and peripherals at agent workstations, and assist with deployments as needed.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently with Windows and Mac, has experience installing monitors on monitor arms, and demonstrates strong cable management.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac computers.
• Experience setting up and breaking down workstation equipment.
• Experience installing monitors on monitor arms.
• Strong cable management skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and move around for the majority of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Open and unbox new computer hardware and equipment.
• Set up computers, monitors, and peripherals at agent workstations
• Install monitors onto monitor arms
• Perform cable management to create clean and organized workspaces
• Break down and collect equipment from workstations left behind by separated employees
• Assist with workstation moves, deployments, and other office technology projects as needed
• Provide general hands-on support wherever additional assistance is needed
