Job summary

Boutique Recruiting seeks an Integrated Facility Manager to lead daily RNG facility operations in Boardman, OR. You will supervise a four-person operator team, drive maintenance, improve reliability, and ensure safety across plant systems.

You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, oversee compressors and valves, and mentor staff while coordinating with regional leadership on budgets and performance targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in mechanical or industrial maintenance.
• Experience leading maintenance technicians or operators.
• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with plant control systems (HMI/SCADA).
• Knowledge of safety procedures including JSA and LOTO.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of four plant operators.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Perform hands-on maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Train operators on systems, safety, and procedures.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct JSA/LOTO activities.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Operate plant systems via HMI/SCADA; review diagrams and set points.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on budgets and resources.
• Provide after-hours technical support as needed.
• Support continuous improvement for efficiency and reliability.
