Job summary

WM is seeking a Plant Manager for the RNG facility in Kentucky to maximize production while ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and timely maintenance. The role acts as plant owner and coordinates with landfill management and operations.

The incumbent will operate gas processing equipment, compressors, and removal systems, managing outages, budgets, and vendor relationships. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 5 years in plant operations or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform instrument and control repair, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Capture data and optimize plant performance within identified budgets.
• Manage outages and coordinate maintenance with vendors and WMRE managers.
• Operate advanced instrumentation and process control systems.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance per procedures.
