Riverside in Austin, Texas is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to run daily HR operations and serve as the main HR resource for employees, managers, and leadership. This is a full‑time, in‑office role based in our growing real estate firm.

This position collaborates with Finance, outside counsel, and benefit and payroll vendors to administer benefits, payroll, and compliance while shaping people initiatives for a performance-driven organization.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including small-company support.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
• Knowledge of Texas employment law; strong communication and judgment.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Partner with managers to create job descriptions and manage recruiting across roles.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and new hire check-ins to support a positive experience.
• Serve as primary HR contact for questions; handle sensitive matters discreetly.
• Maintain the employee handbook and report on HR priorities.
