SelfPublishing.com in Austin, TX is seeking an HR & Recruiting Specialist to be the heartbeat of our culture, owning recruiting, onboarding, and people operations from end to end in our in-office West Lake Hills location.

You’ll build an elite talent pipeline, drive performance cycles, employee engagement, and ensure payroll accuracy and HR compliance, collaborating with leadership to foster a high-performance, community-driven culture.

Competenze

• Experience in recruiting elite talent at scale.
• Ability to own recruiting, onboarding and people operations end-to-end.
• Knowledge of payroll, HR compliance and in-office culture building.
