Empire Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department at a boutique hotel in New York City. The role oversees Room Attendants, Housepersons, Laundry Attendants, and coordinates with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to maintain high cleanliness and guest service standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in hotel housekeeping with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Competenze

2–3 years of hotel housekeeping experience; supervisory experience preferred.
NYC union hotel experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, as required.

Mansioni

Assist Director of Housekeeping with daily operations and ensure standards are met.
Conduct daily rounds, monitor assignments/attendance, and communicate updates.
Lead by example, maintain professional, service-focused environment, and supervise housekeeping staff.
Review room reports, inspect guest rooms, coordinate room status with Front Office/Engineering.
Oversee laundry operations, linen inventory, and dry cleaning procedures.
Respond promptly to guest requests and service recovery needs.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel policies.
