Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor housekeeping staff, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain inventory, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance; handle repairs coordination.
• Prepare payroll, reports, and quality checks; participate in department meetings.
