• Supervisory/leadership capabilities in hotel housekeeping.
• Ability to train and coach staff to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Observe and monitor staff performance for efficiency and policy adherence.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and grounds for cleanliness and safety.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy and assign duties.
• Take inventory and submit inventory orders to ensure timely supplies.
• Prepare departmental paperwork.
• Communicate guest service scores to drive improvement.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and internal audits.
• Maintain departmental expenses in line with budget.
• Follow sustainability guidelines (EarthView).
• Follow MSDS/OSHA safety practices.
