This hands-on role will manage payroll, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, benefits, and leveling, with a clear path to leading a People team as the company scales.

You will design HR systems and policies, partner with the COO and leadership, and foster a compliant, high-performing workplace through rapid growth.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of hands-on HR experience, including at least 2 years as primary HR owner at a startup or small company.
• Experience across recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and California labor law; able to know when to involve outside counsel.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day HR operations end-to-end: records, documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and policy administration.
• Run full-cycle talent acquisition: headcount planning, postings, interview loops, offers.
• Own bi-weekly payroll processing in Rippling with Finance and vendors.
