Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, including 5+ years as an HRBP.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and California employment requirements.
• Proven ability to coach leaders, influence decisions, and manage sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance to leaders and employees across the organization.
• Coach managers on leadership practices, performance, change, and team dynamics.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and remediation with Legal.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal and California employment laws and policies.
