Job summary

Biovire, Inc. in Brighton, Michigan, is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to strengthen day-to-day HR operations and provide responsive, high-quality support to employees and managers.

The role covers employee relations, benefits and leave administration, talent acquisition and onboarding, HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, and recurring HR programs, with opportunities to shape scalable practices as Biovire grows.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience across generalist, operations, or HRBP roles.
• Experience supporting employee relations, benefits, leave administration, onboarding, HR systems, and programs.
• Ability to manage processes end-to-end with discretion and confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of federal and Michigan employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers, guiding day-to-day HR needs.
• Coordinate HR operations, ADP/HRIS, records, documentation, and recurring processes.
• Support benefits questions and coordinate with Payroll, vendors, and carriers.
• Coordinate leave, accommodations, onboarding, recruiting, and performance processes.
• Maintain accurate files, job descriptions, trackers, and HR documentation.
