Pacific Gaming LLC is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to oversee the daily Bingo Desk operations, ensuring equipment is built, tested, maintained, and delivered to high standards. You will handle hardware and software support, manage inventory, and work with cross-functional teams to meet customer timelines.

The role involves assembling and configuring bingo desk systems, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and improving processes for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong computer hardware and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with Windows-based systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with hand tools and electronic equipment.
• Flexible availability to support occasional evening and weekend operational needs.
• Experience with inventory management processes or systems. (preferred)
• Experience repairing, testing, or supporting computer hardware and electronics. (preferred)
• Technical support or customer support experience. (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, and test new bingo desk systems.
• Coordinate equipment builds and shipments to meet customer and operational timelines.
• Diagnose, repair, and quality-test returned equipment.
• Provide hardware and software support to customers and internal team members.
• Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Track and document repairs, builds, testing, and equipment status.
• Partner with Inventory and Operations teams to maintain stock accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve department processes, efficiency, and product quality.
• Ensure a high level of quality, organization, and customer service in all activities.
• Other duties as required.
