You will own launch strategy, user acquisition, and early growth execution, partnering with Head of Growth and product teams to build a scalable revenue engine in a startup environment.

This role favors data-driven professionals who can test channels quickly and translate insights into measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience launching or scaling a 0→1 B2C product.
• Strong track record of measurable growth, revenue, or activation.
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, organic growth, and channel testing.
• Startup, AI, or SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own 0→1 launch for a consumer AI product in the US.
• Define and execute growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Manage paid and organic channel experimentation and optimization.
• Build influencer and creator partnerships to drive awareness.
• Launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
