Hire Digital is seeking a hands-on Growth Associate & Product Launch Coordinator (AI Consumer Product) to support the launch of a new AI-powered consumer product in the US market and drive early user growth among everyday American consumers.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and product team, supporting go-to-market initiatives, onboarding improvements, and launch execution.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in growth, marketing, digital campaigns, product growth, startups or consumer apps.
Strong interest in launching new products and scaling user growth.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with changing priorities.
Hands-on mindset with willingness to execute across functions.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to data and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Support the launch of a new consumer AI product in the US market.
Assist go-to-market planning, launch timelines, and cross-channel execution.
Coordinate initiatives across Product Hunt, creator communities, AI forums, and the ChatGPT ecosystem.
Research target audiences, competitors, and early adopter opportunities.
Help create launch momentum through scrappy, low-cost growth initiatives.
Support acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, referral, influencer, and community channels.
Help improve signup flows, onboarding journeys, and first-user experiences.
Monitor funnel performance and provide insights for optimisation.
Build simple dashboards and weekly growth reports.
