Job summary

Hire Digital seeks a hands-on Growth Associate & Product Launch Coordinator (AI Consumer Product) to support the US launch of a new AI-powered consumer product. You will drive early user growth, assist with go-to-market planning, and coordinate multi-channel launch efforts in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will work closely with the Head of Growth and product teams to optimize onboarding, analyse campaigns, and create simple launch assets and dashboards for weekly insights.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in growth, marketing, or consumer apps.
• Strong interest in launching new products and scaling user growth.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startups with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• 0→1 Product Launch Support: assist with launch planning, timelines, and execution across channels.
• Growth & User Acquisition: support paid, organic, referral, influencer, and community campaigns.
• Onboarding & Funnel Optimisation: improve signup flows, onboarding journeys, and first-user experience.
• Content & Launch Assets: create landing page copy, campaign messaging, and launch assets.
• Reporting & Insights: build dashboards, analyze performance data, and suggest tests.
