Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor and works alongside the team during every rush. You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls, setting the pace on the line, at the register, and across the floor.

You will manage operations with a hands-on approach, coaching staff, maintaining high standards, and driving guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment. This role requires high energy and accountability to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on restaurant leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Experience running shifts, guiding teams, and managing operations end-to-end.
• Strong focus on food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.

Responsibilities
