Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial result.
• Open availability, ability to work varying shifts every week
• Desire to be a hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crew
• Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• A creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, fundraisers, etc.)
• ServSafe certification

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant across Crew Member, Shift Manager, and Assistant Manager roles.
• Build a great team and develop future leaders.
• Jump on the grill during rush and ensure food quality and safety.
• Control costs and deliver an awesome guest experience.
• Set the pace, raise the bar, ensure the restaurant is ready to win each day.
