Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Florida seeks a hands-on General Manager to own the restaurant's people, performance, and daily operations. You will lead from the front, coaching Crew Members, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers while ensuring food quality and safety and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will drive performance, manage costs, and foster a culture of ownership and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with growth opportunities and a compelling bonus plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Open availability, ability to work varying shifts every week.
• Desire to be a hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crew.
• Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, fundraisers).
• ServSafe certification.
