Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a General Manager to own the restaurant—the people, the performance, and the guest experience. You will lead from the front, coaching Crew Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers while ensuring consistent food quality and service.

This role demands a hands-on leader who can drive costs, safety, and guest satisfaction daily. You will cultivate a great team, mentor future leaders, and maintain an outstanding work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial result.
• Open availability, ability to work varying shifts every week.
• Desire to be a hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crew.
• Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, fundraisers, etc.)
• ServSafe certification

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the restaurant—the people, the performance, and everything in between.
• Lead from the front and coach Crew Member, Shift Manager, and Assistant Manager roles.
• Protect food quality and safety, control costs, and deliver an awesome guest experience.
• Set the pace, raise the bar, and ensure the restaurant is ready to win every day.
