Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast‑paced restaurant and own the business on a daily basis. You will drive sales, master shift execution, develop front‑line leaders, and ensure fast, friendly guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

The role demands a track record of managing high‑volume operations, strong people leadership, and a hands‑on approach to accountability and results. Base salary plus performance bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience, fast casual or QSR preferred.
• Experience running high-volume shifts with annual volume in the $1M–$3M range.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead from the front during peak hours and ensure fast, accurate service.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards at all times.
• Address issues in real time and coach for throughput and guest experience.
