Job summary

Five Guys in Washington state is seeking a proven restaurant leader to build a winning, motivated team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will own daily operations, coach crew, manage financial results, and implement community engagement and quality standards.

ServSafe certification preferred. The role offers a dynamic open-kitchen setting and strong growth potential within the Five Guys brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Desire to be a hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crew.
• Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.

We have an open kitchen experience so it's fun and it's loud with lots of team communication. The crew's burger creation is part of the customer experience.
