Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team across line, oven, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead operations ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute policies and maintain food safety standards.
• Drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
