Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role where you will be on the line, at the register, and on the floor during every rush to set the pace and coach the team.

You will own people, products, and profits in a fast-casual environment, driving food quality, service excellence, inventory control, and labor optimization while building a strong team and culture on the floor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Proven track record of running shifts and working stations.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts on line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead restaurant operations ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and succession planning.
• Review and analyze P&L statements; manage labor and food costs.
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence.
