Qualifications

• Must have hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead on the floor and coach during live shifts.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team on line, at the register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies and SOPs; maintain food safety and sanitation.
• Monitor speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
