Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will own people, product, and profit while working side-by-side with the team during every rush, on line, on register, and in the drive-thru.

The role requires relentless floor presence, high tempo, and a hands-on approach to coaching and developing staff. The position offers competitive salary with bonus opportunities, leadership development, and career advancement within a high-volume brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts (QSR, fast casual).
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising from the office.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team on line, at the oven, on the register, and drive-thru during every peak.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed of service and customer satisfaction on the floor shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
