Ayvaz Pizza LLC in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will be a player-coach on the line, register, and drive-thru, managing people, product, and profit every rush.

You will own operations end-to-end, develop the team, and optimize customer experience while upholding food safety and brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience, high-volume concepts preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of running shifts and working stations, not just supervising from the office.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including make line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and floor leadership practice.
• Review and analyze P&L, manage labor and food costs, and drive controllable expenses.
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
