Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, in Georgia. This hands-on GM will be on the line, on register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace by working alongside the team.

You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls, building culture with visible, in-the-trenches leadership and guiding the shift with decisive action and accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes on line, at the register, and drive-thru.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, on the floor.
