Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a hands‑on Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not the desk. You will work the line, register, and drive‑thru during busy rushes, setting the pace and coaching the team in real time. You own people, products, and profits within the four walls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands‑on restaurant management experience required — high‑volume, fast‑paced concepts strongly preferred.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with focus on food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes; ensure speed‑of‑service and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members; recruit, hire, train, and build schedules.
• Monitor P&L, labor costs, food costs, and other controllable expenses.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
