Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC in the United States seeks a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, overseeing people, products and profits with hands-on leadership on the line, on the register, and on the floor during every rush.

You will own the four walls of the business and drive throughput, quality, and guest satisfaction by working alongside your team, not supervising from an office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team at peak periods, including make line, register, and drive-thru.
• Lead restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
