Job summary
The Cushman & Wakefield Maintenance Utility Technician role offers hands-on training in facilities maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Qualifications
- Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical or plumbing.
- 1-2 years of related facility maintenance experience.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Experience with CMMS and MS Office.
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of building systems.
- Review and maintain CMMS work orders and documentation.
- Inspect buildings and equipment for safety hazards and malfunctions.
- Assist with installation, modification, and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
- Respond to emergencies and provide prompt customer service as needed.
