Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Huntsville, AL seeks a Maintenance Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, including HVAC, pumps, and conveyors. The role requires hands-on skills, adherence to safety rules, and strong customer service.

You will work with minimal supervision in a self-directed team, use tools, record logs, and coordinate with Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of HVAC, pumps, motors, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of motor controls, PLCs, and electrical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start up, regulate, repair and shut down equipment.
• Monitor meters, gauges, and controls for safe and economical operation.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment.
