Responsibilities

• Help ensure registrations and subsidies are handled accurately and on time.
• Follow up on missing information, pending approvals, and unresolved issues.
• Work with Registration and Subsidy teams to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Maintain visibility into outstanding items and ensure completion.
• Identify recurring issues and develop practical solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Track required health documentation, licenses, and regulatory deadlines.
• Research state requirements and translate to procedures.
• Review records, conduct audits, and follow through on corrective actions.
• Maintain tracking and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Support automation initiatives and coordinate with teams to move improvements forward.
