Job summary

Ledgy is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one of our feature teams focused on compensation platforms and AI-assisted workflows. You will blend hands-on engineering with strong team development, guiding architecture, code reviews, and delivery strategy while promoting responsible AI usage.

You’ll manage engineers, collaborate with Product and Design, and help shape the compensation product for employees and companies worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Engineering Management and 6+ years as a Software Engineer.
• Experience in product-focused or domain-heavy roles.
• Familiar with AI-assisted engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of engineers with regular 1:1s and performance conversations.
• Set technical and product direction with your team and guide decisions.
• Remain involved in code reviews, architecture discussions, and some hands-on work.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate complex needs into usable experiences.
• Model responsible AI practices in day-to-day work.
