Qualifications

• 7+ years building production systems with hands-on expertise in LLMs and agentic architectures
• Strong product intuition to identify AI-driven customer problems
• Proven track record leading 0 to 1 technical initiatives under ambiguity
• Pragmatic engineering judgment about speed vs. quality
• Ability to drive technical alignment across teams and define primitives/patterns
• Founder mentality with bias toward action, ownership, and urgency

Responsibilities
