You will guide cloud-native tooling, CI/CD, and AI-enabled development initiatives while shaping engineering standards and fostering a culture of technical excellence across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.
• Backend-focused development experience.
• Experience designing cloud-native applications and services.
• Strong CI/CD and modern delivery practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized apps.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation.
• Proven lead on major technical initiatives from architecture to production.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for improving engineering productivity through automation and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on productivity and AI-powered platforms.
• Remain hands-on in architecture, design reviews, and automation initiatives.
• Partner with engineers to solve complex challenges across infra, deployment, and tooling.
• Build and enhance internal platforms to help develop, test, deploy, operate software.
• Drive improvements across CI/CD, observability, testing automation, and delivery systems.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered development tools to boost efficiency.
• Establish technical standards across platform engineering and software delivery.
• Lead major engineering initiatives from planning to production rollout.
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term platform strategy.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
