You will guide cloud-native tooling, CI/CD, and AI-enabled development initiatives while shaping engineering standards and fostering a culture of technical excellence across distributed teams.

Job DescriptionAn innovative AI-powered software company is seeking an Engineering Manager, AI Development Platforms to lead a team focused on developer productivity, engineering automation, internal tooling, and AI-enhanced software delivery.

This is a player-coach leadership role that combines people management with meaningful hands-on engineering contribution. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers while remaining deeply involved in architecture, platform design, automation initiatives, technical decision-making, and major engineering projects.

The organization is investing heavily in AI-assisted software development, intelligent automation, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling to help engineering teams build and release software more efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence how modern engineering practices and AI technologies are adopted across the company.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years of engineering management, team leadership, or technical leadership experience
Strong hands-on background in backend software engineering
Experience designing and building cloud-native applications and services
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and infrastructure automation
