Pave is seeking an experienced AI compensation analyst to lead an agentic system atop the world's largest compensation dataset. You will shape the product vision, work with engineers and data scientists, and drive multi-step workflows from concept to production to power real-time, predictive pay decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years building production systems with LLMs and agentic architectures, plus strong product intuition and a founder mindset to move fast with quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building production systems with deep hands-on expertise in LLMs, agentic architectures, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong product intuition and ability to partner with Product to shape what gets built, not just how.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical vision for the AI compensation agent and its integration with Pave's platform.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to build the product end-to-end and bring it to market.
• Drive technical alignment across teams by defining primitives and patterns that others will build on.
