Job summary

Ledgy is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one of our feature teams focused on compensation and savings platforms, from equity plans to pensions and beyond. You will guide engineers, influence technical and product decisions, and help the team apply AI-powered practices with prudent oversight.

You’ll work closely with Product and Design to turn complex domain needs into clear experiences, while maintaining hands-on involvement in architecture and reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Engineering Management and 6+ years as a Software Engineer.
• Hands-on leadership, capable of coaching engineers.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to work with cross-functional product and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of engineers, including 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Set technical and product direction with your team.
• Contribute to code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate domain needs into product experiences.
