Gametime is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Fan Experience team in building core ticketing features across iOS, Android, web, and desktop. You will code alongside your team, set AI‑driven standards, and work closely with Product and Design to ship high‑velocity, high‑quality experiences.

You’ll guide full‑stack and frontend engineers, own delivery roadmaps, drive technical debt paydown, and mentor talent while shaping the product and technical strategy for a high‑traffic marketplace.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on engineering manager with real coding time.
• Experience using frontier models and AI tooling to boost velocity and quality.
• Proven track record shipping consumer features with measurable impact.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design.
• Experience leading full‑stack or front‑end teams with ownership of web/mobile products.
