Gametime is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Fan Experience team, leading full-stack and front-end engineers to build fan-facing features across iOS, Android, and web. The role combines hands-on coding with strategic leadership, partnering with Product and Design to move ideas to production at speed.

You will set standards for frontier models, AI tooling, and monitoring code quality while driving velocity and reliability in a high-traffic marketplace.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-stack and/or front-end engineering teams.
• Proven track record shipping consumer-facing product features with measurable impact.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with product and design.
• Experience with SQL/analytics to diagnose funnel performance.
• Familiarity with modern front-end stacks (React/React Native).
• Experience mentoring engineers toward career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full-stack and front-end engineers building fan-facing features.
• Code alongside your team and set standards for AI tooling and frontier models integration.
• Partner with Product and Design to determine product direction.
• Balance speed, quality, and technical debt in the engineering roadmap.
• Mentor engineers toward career progression and level-up other teams.
