Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor in North Carolina to lead hourly teams in production, receiving and warehouse areas, ensuring safety, quality and on-time results.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes training, scheduling, and continuous improvement while managing daily production records and adhering to GMP and food safety requirements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with food processing or food packaging processes.
• Knowledge of food safety/GMPs or advanced sanitation preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct activities of production, receiving, and warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are met and documented.
• Train, develop, and schedule new employees for the plant.
• Maintain production records in tablet or paper form.
• Monitor equipment condition and drive continuous improvement.
