You will coordinate training, maintain records, monitor equipment condition, and report on safety and productivity to management. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role
• Understanding of food safety and GMPs
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Lead production, receiving and warehouse teams to meet daily goals.
• Enforce food safety, safety policies, GMPs and company procedures.
• Maintain production records in digital or paper form.
• Ensure quality control guidelines are followed.
• Prepare production reports for management and monitor attendance/performance.
