Wrstbnd seeks a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to lead the next growth phase and scale operating capabilities. The role reports to the CEO and works closely with the Board to drive strategic execution, governance, and performance accountability across all corporate functions.

The COO will oversee finance, HR, IT, legal, risk, project management, and operations for hundreds of live events annually, ensuring staffing, logistics, and inventory meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a senior operations leader (COO or equivalent).
• Strong ability to translate strategy into scalable execution and governance.
• Data-driven with clear KPI, forecast, and resource-allocation discipline.
• Comfortable managing large-scale live events operations and complex supply chains.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategy into execution with rigorous operating frameworks.
• Establish scalable governance and KPI-based performance management.
• Oversee operations, finance, HR, IT, legal, risk management, and admin functions.
• Lead end-to-end event infrastructure: staffing, logistics, inventory, hardware, onsite execution.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, scalability, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with the parent organization to align resources while maintaining speed and agility.
